1. Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to services (such as VIP membership, virtual coins, or subscription unlocks), we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been successfully delivered to your account.

2. Exceptions & Technical Issues

We want you to have an excellent experience. Refunds or credits may be granted under the following special circumstances:

• Double Billing: If you were charged twice for a single transaction, the duplicate payment will be fully refunded.
• Technical Failures: If you paid for a service but did not receive it due to a system error, and our technical team cannot resolve it within 3 business days, a full refund will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund
